The Institute of Pioneer Semiconductor Innovation (IPSI) combines the research excellence of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) in the fields of semiconductors and electronics, and has established two research and technology groups, namely, the " Semiconductor Group: Semiconductor Material, Device, and Process " and the " ICS & EDA Group: Integrated Circuits & Systems and Electronic Design Automation ".
