
The International Foundation Program students in this department follow a 1+4 curriculum design, where they study Mandarin at the Language Center during the first year﹒ Only after passing TOCFL A2 can they proceed to the departnent s regular four-year degree program. 3. During the first year of Mandarin study, each student is charged NT$16,000 per semester for tuition and miscellaneous fees. Additionally, there are fees for medical insurance and National Health Insurance. After officially enrolling in the four-year degree program, students pay the same tuition fees as local students. International Foundation Program students enjoy the same rights as regular students.
The Department of Hotel Management cultivates professional knowledge and essential skills, as well as to instill positive work attitudes and an international perspective in future hotel management. Core curriculum include Front Office Operations, Housekeeping Operations, Food and Beverage Operations, Hotel Human Resources Management, and Hotel Information System.
